VICTORIA DUNCAN

Passionate about filmmaking since age 12, I wholeheartedly believe film has the power to bring humans together.

I've produced and directed content for clients like Salesforce, General Motors, Amazon, Verizon, Wells Fargo, and more, as well as supported producing teams for Emmy and Golden Globe Winning television series. 

 

As an independent filmmaker, my work has been presented in Times Square and featured in Deadline. I've collaborated alongside iTunes Top Chart Artists and Broadway talent, and won awards at film festivals around the country including Best LGBTQ+ Short at the Lady Filmmakers Festival in Beverly Hills.

Through storytelling, I make the unrelatable, relatable-- encouraging viewers to think deeper and giving a voice to perspectives that aren't often heard. 

 

I graduated from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts for Film and Television Production with a minor in entertainment business. My additional education includes the Film and Television Institute of the Performing Arts in Prague, Czech Republic and The Edit Center NY.

In 2021, my LGBTQ ballet film "I Am Enough" was adapted for the stage and performed at Lincoln Center by American Ballet Theatre and New York City Ballet dancers for Dance Against Cancer, the largest live dance event in NYC since the start of the pandemic. That year I was also part of D5in10, a highly-selective creative portfolio building program through Droga 5, Ad Age's Agency of the Decade, where I pitched to the most influential names in advertising.

In 2023, I was selected for an artistic residency at Château d'Orquevaux in France where I began development on my first feature screenplay. I am currently a creative video producer for Bloomberg Media Studios.

Current Hobbies: dancing alone in my room, redirecting my hoarding tendencies into a killer scrapbook, attempting to become trilingual, and pretending to be a cheese expert.
